We refer to the item "JJVL and PGPL Clarification" published in the January 30, 2016, edition of Business Recorder. Jamshoro Joint Venture Limited (JJVL) and its subsidiary Pakistan GasPort Limited (PGPL) did not issue this clarification. Furthermore, Mr. Jamal Akbar Ansari is a shareholder of JJVL and his company Akbar Associates (Private) Limited has, since March 2005, been purchasing LPG from JJVL under the relevant rules and applicable laws.
