Brisbane Roar ended Melbourne City's unbeaten five-game run with a sparkling 3-1 win on Sunday to stay within two points of A-League leaders Western Sydney. John Aloisi's Roar led 2-0 at halftime through an own goal from Patrick Kisnorbo and Brandon Borrello's strike.
City hit back through the tenth goal of the season by the competition's leading scorer Uruguayan Bruno Fornaroli, before Brazilian Henrique sealed the win with a stunning strike from halfway.
