The University of Kastamonu Turkey and the University of Agriculture Faisalabad on Saturday signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate each other in research and education. MoU was signed by Rector University of Kastamonu Dr Sayit Aydin and UAF Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan. According to MoU, both sides agreed upon exchange of staff and faculty and students of graduate and undergraduate level for development and realization of joint educational programmes including double degree diplomas.
Both universities also agreed to carry out joint research activities besides organizing academic meetings and symposiums in addition to exchange their academic information, publications materials and knowledge. Talking to the participants, Dr Seyit Aydin hoped that mutual cooperation between both the institutions would lay a firm foundation of more research and development activities.
