The JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has finalised solid strategy for the formation of district and Tehsil governments on August 30 and Akram Khan Durrani, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan and Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk are directly supervising the matter.
Similarly, Mualana Lutf-ur-Rehman, Maulana Atta-ur-Haq Darwish, Abdul Jalil Jan, Maulana Asrhaf Ali and Maulana Rafiullah Qasmi and other are assisting them.
The provincial spokesman, JUI-F, Abdul Jalil Jan has said that no resistance on behalf of the government will be tolerated in this regard and it will be fully resisted.
He said that the JUI-F will elect district Nazims of districts Hangu, Bannu, Kohat, Karak, Chitral and Lakki Marwat while electing districts Nazims in other districts negotiations with the ANP, PML-N and PPP were in progress.
He was confident that the Tri-Party Alliance of the JUI-F, ANP and PPP will easily form district governments in Charsadda, Mardan, Swabi, Malakand, Swat, Mansehra, Battagram, Shangla and Buner while in other districts the posts of district Naib Nazims and Tehsil Nazims will be shared by Tri-Party Alliance and PML-N. He warned the provincial government against pressurising councillors and luring through funds.
Meanwhile, addressing different meetings of newly elected district and Tehsil councillors, the provincial Amir, JUI-F, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan and general secretary, Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk lamented that despite large-scale rigging in local bodies' polls, no action was taken against the provincial government and its ministers.
They said that beside the provincial ministers and government-backed political parties the opposition parties also presented rigging proofs to Election Commission, but the silence of the later is not understandable.
They said that after by-polls, the announcement of schedule for district governments was delayed to change the loyalty of councillors and convert the majority of opposition parties in certain districts into minority.
The JUI-F leaders said that the office bearers of the government, local administration, ministers and chief minister himself are interfering in the formation of district governments to openly violating the election laws.
They said that the JUI-F will comfortably its district Nazimeen in certain districts while in other districts governments will be formed in collaboration of the Tri-Party Alliance.
They urged district and Tehsil councillors to continue their mission without caring for the pressure of the provincial government.
