Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council has predicted that Shawal Moon in Pakistan would probably be sighted on Friday, the 17th of July. According to details, the session of Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will be convened on Friday, in Karachi to confirm the moon sighting. The Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council declares that there is a high chance of moon sighting in Pakistan on Friday and Eid-ul-Fitr would be celebrated on Saturday, the 18th of July.
The Met department has also quoted high probability of moon sighting on Friday. Met office also predicted that weather in Balochistan and Sindh would be clear on Friday, so probability of visibility of moon in these areas is quite high.
