PSM asked not to violate PPRA rules

A division bench of SHC headed by Justice Aqeel Abbasi has directed Pakistan Steel not to violate PPRA rules in any further contract. The court issued these orders in response to a petition 3189/15 filed by Kausar Perveen of M/S Reliable Hospital Supplies. Pakistan Steel CEO and other 3 officers have been issued notices over the alleged illegal procurement of medicines of billions of rupees. They have been asked to submit their replies and appear before the court on August 10. SHC directed PSM not to violate PPRA rules.
