District administration has continued crackdown against profiteers and arrested 104 persons from different parts of the district. According to details on the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Peshawar, Riaz Khan Mehsud, Assistant Commissioner (AC) Peshawar, Mumtaz Ahmad and Additional Assistant Commissioners (AACs), Ahmad Kamal, Altaf Hussain, Mahmood Ahmad and Javed Noor conducted raids against profiteers in their respective areas and arrested 91 persons, which were later shifted to prison. Meanwhile, ACUT, Shahana Shakir and AAC Abdul Nabi conducted joint raids in Hayatabad and arrested 13 profiteers while a superstore was closed.
