Imam, Asif guide Pakistan to 308 against Zimbabwe

Opener Imam ul Haq and debutant Asif Ali has powered Pakistan to a massive 320 runs total against Zimbabwe in the first ODI at Bulawayo.

Pakistan openers got the decent start after they were asked to bat first by the host Zimbabwe. The put up 113 for the first wicket before Fakhar was caught and bowled by Roche.

Returning Babar Azam scored 30 while Imam went on to score his second ODI century. He made 129. Shoaib Malik played run a ball 22.

The star of the show was debutant Asif Ali, who scored a quick fire 46 off 25 balls, took the team’s total to 308 on loss off seven wickets.

Chibhabha and Chatara picked up two wickets each for Zimbabwe.
