One more child died of famine in Thar on Saturday, escalating the death toll to 151 in 68 days. According to reports, a seven-month old malnourished girl who was shifted to Golarachi Hospital passed away after fighting for life for several days whereas the residents of Thar have been awaiting medicinal aid, clean water and food. Most of the children admitted to the hospitals of Chachro have been declared critical.
