Altaf's arrest was not unexpected: JI chief

Jamaat-i-Islami chief Sirajul Haq has said that the arrest of MQM chief Altaf Husain was not something unexpected and he will have full opportunity to prove his innocence under the British law. While giving comments on the issue, he said that there had been apprehensions on this score for quite sometime. He said the MQM must avail all the options to prove the innocence of its leader. However, he said, that peace in any city of the country should not be disturbed due to the arrest made in London.
