KYIV: High demand from importers and worries over delay in winter wheat sowing campaign have pushed Ukraine's milling wheat export prices to two seasons' high of $244-$247 per tonne at the end of last week, APK-Inform agriculture consultancy said on Monday.

Ukrainian 12.5pc protein Black Sea wheat prices added $6-$7 a tonne over the past week, the consultancy said in a report.

For the lower-quality 11.5pc protein wheat, prices were between $242 and $245 a tonne FOB Black Sea.

Ukraine, among the world's major wheat growers and exporters, plans to export 17.5 million tonnes in the 2020/21 July-June season.
