KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Wednesday at 23,050.94 points with a positive change of 636.30 and volume of 114,496,000 shares. High and Low were 23,064.79 and 22,412.33 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 28 were up, 2 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 173,814,390 shares. Total companies traded were 388 of which 285 were positive, 82 were negative and 21 were unchanged.

Textile Composite was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 26,224,700 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 21,353,400 shares.
