Imation completes Memorex acquisition

Imation Corp announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Memorex in an all cash transaction, from Hanny aHoldings of Hong Kong and other shareholders of Memorex.
Actual purchase price was 329 million dollar, after net asset adjustments were made to the original purchase price of 330 million dollar. In addition, customary closing costs and advisory fees of approximately five million dollar have been incurred.-PR
