Urs of Bulleh Shah concludes

The three-day 248th annual urs of Punjabi mystic poet Hazrat Baba Bulleh Shah concluded here Monday. Thousands of disciples of the sufi saint across the country participated in the urs celebrations.
Scholars and intellectuals highlighted the personality teachings, life and poetry of the saint at the Bulleh Shah conference organised by the Majlis Bulleh Shah.
The speakers paid glowing tributes to the sufi saint at the conference. Bulleh Shah awards were also conferred on Mudassar Iqbal, Professor Afzal Tauseef, Shafiqat Hussain, Tanver Zaman, Muhammad Jehangir and Ghulam Muhammad Chand for their meritorious services for literature, art and music.
