The Lahore High Court (LHC) office has misplaced a file of Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) member praying to the court to initiate contempt of court proceedings against Indian lawyer Sonia Raj who passed contemptuous remarks against a division bench of the august court.
The LHC office has asked the petitioner M D Tahir to submit the petition again for placing the matter before any bench of the august court in accordance with the law.
