The futures moved both ways on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Monday as some buyers kept on the sidelines due to less buying interest, dealers said. The December vaida commenced with 70 paisa gain at Rs 422.70. In the process of trading, it gained Rs 1.10 to be day's best at Rs 423.80. Later, it lost Rs 1.30 paisa to be day's lowest at Rs 422.50 and closing was seen at Rs 423.20.
The Next January vaida opened unchanged at Rs 431.00 which proved to be day's lowest and market settled at the same level.
During the day, it picked up 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 431.50, they added.
