Entry fee challenged

A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association has approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the levy of fee for entry in Calvary ground Lahore. Petitioner M.D. Tahir contended that the respondents instead of providing basic facilities to people are creating hardships for them.
He said that the respondent Executive Community Officer (Cant.) has imposed the entry fee illegally and without lawful authority. He prayed to the court to declare the levy of the entry fee as illegal and without lawful authority.
