The Government Trading Corporation of Iran (GTC) said on Monday it had purchased 20,000 tonnes of crude degummed Brazilian soyabean oil at $455.75 a tonne FOB for September shipment. The GTC also said on its website (www.gtcir.com) it was tendering to buy an additional 15,000 tonnes of Brazilian crude degummed soyoil for September shipment.
Bids had to be submitted by 1700 local on Monday, it said.
