Iranian state-owned animal feed importer SLAL has issued a tender to purchase 110,000 tonnes of feed barley, European traders said on Tuesday. It was in two 55,000 tonne consignments, one for shipment in September and one for shipment in September/October. It was optional origin. Bidding deadline was also Tuesday.
In its previous tender on June 29, SLAL purchased 50,000 tonnes of feed barley at $152.50 a tonne C&F after seeking about 55,000 tonnes.
