Flour mill godown catches fire

Hundreds of empty bags worth thousands of rupees were burnt when fire broke out in a godown of a local flour mills at Gulberg on Sunday. Labourers of the mill informed the fire brigade after seeing the smoke emitting from the godown.
Four units of fire brigade reached the spot and controlled the fire after two hours hectic efforts. However, no loss of life was reported. Cause behind the fire was stated to be short circuit.
