Trouble broke out between West Indies cricketers Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard were involved in a tussle during the Indian Premier League game between Gujarat Lions and Mumbai Indians (MI).
According to DNA INDIA, in the 14th over of the Mumbai innings, Pollard came into bat with the scorecard reading 120 for four and was greeted with a well directed bouncer by his Caribbean teammate. He defended it right under his nose and the ball rolled onto the pitch before Bravo picked it up in his follow through and progressed towards the tall right-hander.
A fine was imposed on Bravo for getting close to Pollard and pushing him during Gujarat Lions’ match against Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians all-rounder Kieron Pollard expressed shock over his fellow citizen Dwayne Bravo being fined for 50 per cent of his match fee for breaching the Indian Premier League (IPL) Code of Conduct.
Bravo who was fined for breaching IPL code of conduct for his actions, took to Twitter and said,
