KARACHI: Total liquid foreign exchange reserves of the country stood at $ 17.02805 billion on May 29, said State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
SBP's weekly statement here on Thursday said the foreign reserves held by State Bank figured $ 11.91302 billion and the net foreign reserves held by other banks were $ 5.11503 billion.
During the week ending May 29, SBP's liquid foreign reserves decreased by $ 371 million to $ 11.913 billion compared to $ 12.284 billion in the previous week.
Over the period, SBP made payments of $ 369 million on account of external debt servicing and other payments of Government of Pakistan.
