PARIS: Shares on the Paris stock exchange dropped by more than four percent in Thursday afternoon trade, driven by concerns for the banks' financial health and the global economic outlook.
At 1322 GMT, the main CAC 40 was down 4.14 percent at 3,119.48 points in thin trade.
