West Indies cricketer Andre Russell believes that ‘King of Bollywood’ Shah Rukh Khan lives a Michael Jackson kind of life based on his popularity and versatility.
According to Telegraph India, Russell said, “During my Delhi DareDevils days, when we played against KKR, a huge roar would go up whenever the big screen showed Shah Rukh. I’d then wonder just who the guy was. Last year, I realised that was Shah Rukh, the principal owner of my new franchise”.
“Well, Shah Rukh's such a good actor and performer. It seems he can do anything, for he’s so skilful. As a person, I think Shah Rukh's cool. I can go to the beach in Jamaica or to a party there, without being chased and pushed by fans. Shah Rukh can’t do that. Really, Shah Rukh leads a Michael Jackson kind of life. It must be tough,” he added.
Previously, in an interview SRK also said that his assistants on his movie sets call him Michael Jackson because of his love for dancing.
27-year-old Russell has represented Shah Rukh Khan’s owned IPL team Kolkota Knight Rider this season.
