imageISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday adjourned hearing on a petition against the decision of one member bench which had restored Chairman OGRA Saeed Ahmad Khan on his post.

The two member divisional bench of IHC comprising of Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Aamir Farooq heard the petition of federation seeking to set aside the decision of one member bench to restore Saeed Ahmad Khan on post of Chairman OGRA.

Deputy Attorney General Malik Rafique informed the court that Additional Attorney General Afnan Karim Kundi could not appear before the court due to some personal engagements.

After listening the arguments, the court adjourned hearing of the case for one day.

It is to be mentioned here that on February 11, the Cabinet Division had sent Saeed Ahmed Khan on forced leave due to his alleged role in the January fuel crisis and later the forced leave was suspended by one member of IHC.
