TAIPEI: Taiwan's industrial output for February, released by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on Monday.
The multi-day Lunar New Year holiday distorts data in the first two months of the year as working days in the holiday month are shorter. This year the holiday fell in February but it started in January in 2014.
Taken together, industrial output in January and February this year was up 5.59 percent from a year earlier, the ministry said.
