PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, in the ongoing search and strike operation against anti-social elements apprehended 565 suspects and recovered arms and ammunition.
According to details, 565 anti-social elements have been arrested in the operation conducted by police in various parts of the province. Police also recovered arms and ammunition from hideouts of the arrested.
Police teams also searched 611 houses and 222 hotels besides arresting 70 illegal Afghan nationals as part of their security strengthening endeavors. Security inspections of 977 educational institutions were also carried out in the campaign.
