KARACHI: Total liquid foreign reserves of the country stand at dollars 14.94407 billion, said State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
SBP's weekly statement here on Thursday said, the foreign reserves held by State Bank on December 26, amounted dollars 10.30409 billion and the net foreign reserves held by other banks were dollars 4.63908 billion.
During the week ending Dec. 26, SBP's liquid forex reserves decreased by $ 60 million to $10.305 billion compared to $10.365 billion in the previous week.
Over the week, SBP made payments of $ 197 million on account of external debt servicing and other official payments of which $ 139 million was paid to International Monetary Fund (IMF) under SBA.
