imageIndian filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Hollywood film ‘Broken Horses’ will release on April 10 next year.

Set in the shadows of the US-Mexico border gang wars, ‘Broken Horses’ is said to be a thriller about the bonds of brotherhood, the laws of loyalty and the futility of violence. The film will be marketed and distributed by ‘Fox Star Studios’.

According to media reports ‘3 Idiots’ director said, “Making a film in Hollywood was extremely challenging, it’s the first time ever that an Indian has co-written, directed and produced a Hollywood film. The movie ‘Broken Horses’ was quite a challenge, but the challenge turned out to be a lot of fun. It was very fulfilling for me as a filmmaker”.

Fox Star Studios CEO, Vijay Singh said, “It is pleasure for us to associate with the legendary filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra and it’s a proud moment for us to be involved in the marketing and distribution of ‘Broken Horses’”.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra has previously produced movies like ‘3 Idiots’, ‘Munna Bhai’ and ‘Ferrari Ki Sawari’.

The movie stars Vincent D’Onofrio, Anton Yelchin and Chris Marquette. ‘Broken Horses’ will release on April 10 next year.
