Popular for his hit comedies, director David Dhawan said his actor-son Varun is too busy to work with him till 2016. The father son duo has worked together in ‘Main Tera Hero’ and now fans will have to wait till 2016 to see them work together again.
As source revealed David Dhawan said in an interview, “I am proud of my son and the way his career is shaping. His last film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ was also accepted by audience and loved too. I am thankful to Karan Johar for that. Soon even Rohit Dhawan will also direct him (elder son of David Dhawan).
He also added that Varun Dhawan’s first father is Karan Johar and then David Dhawan is the second father. While Varun has already emerged as an actor and is quite successful in most of his movies, David Dhawan’s elder son Rohit Dhawan seems to be following the footsteps of his father. He is planning to get into film making and is currently working on a film where he has already signed his brother Varun Dhawan.
David Dhawan has worked with newcomers Ali Fazal, Ileana D'Cruz, Nargis Fakhri and Divyendu Sharma, feels that the current breed of actors is immensely talented and hard working.
