ISLAMABAD: Punjab Metrobus Authority has announced jobs for Rawalpindi Islamabad Metro Bus System being launched in the twin cities by January 30, 2015.
According to a statement issued here on Wednesday, the authority has sought applications from the eligible candidates for various cadres for a period of three years on contract basis.
The authority has asked interested candidates to apply at http://www.apply.pma.punjab.gov.pk by December 10.
A spokesman of the authority said that applicantions received after due date and time would not be entertained adding that only shortlisted candidates would be called for interview. He said that the authority would provide equal job opportunities to both male and female candidates.
Sharing the details of the job he said that jobs had been announced for technical advisor, manager operations technical, financial specialist , assistant manager mechanical, assistant manager electrical, assistant manager operations, HR and admin officer, audit assistant, accounts assistant , network administrator, operation supervisors, field inspectors, surveillance officers, receptionist/telephone operator, IT officers and drivers.
Most of the jobs are Rawalpindi based, while a few would be in Lahore.
