Shahrukh Khan to play Amitabh Bachchan’s role in ‘Hum’ remake

Bollywood iconic couple Shahrukh Khan and Kajol is coming together under the Rohit Shetty banner for the remake of famous movie ‘Hum’.

‘Hum’ was a blockbuster movie of early nineties featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth and Govinda.

If rumours are to be believed, Shahrukh Khan has finalized for Amitabh Bachchan’s role and Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra are being considered for roles of Rajinikanth and Govinda. But, the things haven’t been finalized yet, media reported.

‘Hum’ is a crime-action movie and the remake will be directed by action director Rohit Shetty, the combination is very exciting to look forward to.

Remakes of Amitabh Bachchan‘s hits have been a trend in the market. The list includes Don, Agneepath and Zanjeer, the remakes have been super hits as well.
