ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Balochistan Dr. Abdul Malik called on Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar at his office here on Tuesday and discussed matters relating to development and welfare activities in the province.
The Chief Minister informed the Finance Minister that the relief and rescue operations carried out in coordination with Federal Government during the recent earthquake in Awaaran was undertaken transparently.
"No complaints were received which speaks volumes about the good governance being practiced by the Government of Balochsitan", the Chief Minister said.
During the meeting, they held detailed discussions on the ongoing development projects in Balochistan including Mirani Dam, Roads and Transmission lines.
During the meeting, it was decided that a meeting will be held soon which would be participated by representatives of various departments of Federal and the Provincial Government of Balochistan to streamline procedures to resolve all issues.
Finance Minister assured the Chief Minister that the Federal Government would provide all possible assistance to meet all their genuine requirements.
