ALGIERS: Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has been transferred to France for further medical tests, Algeria's official news agency, APS, said.
The news agency said late on Saturday that Bouteflika was in Paris at the recommendation of his doctors. The 76-year-old president was hospitalised on Saturday after a minor stroke.
