The Islamabad High Court on Monday sought para wise comments from the concerned officials of the federal government on a petition challenging appointment procedure of Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the civic body' member. After a brief hearing of the matter, a single member bench of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui sought reply from the federation and Chairman CDA in response to Zulifqar Ali Ansari's petition. Seeking para-wise comments from the concerned officials the bench adjourned the hearing for 15 days.
