'Izhar-e-Tashakkur' rally taken out
FAISALABAD: PML-N activists and workers taken out 'Izhar-e-Tashakkur' rally from the residence of State Minister for Water and Power Chaudhary Abid Sher Ali here on Saturday for thanksgiving after the Supreme Court's verdict in Panama case.
State Minister Ch Abid Sher Ali and MPA Mian Tahir Jameel led the rally which marched from Nazim Abad to Chowk Clock Tower. Â Speaking on the occasion, State Minister Abid Sher Ali said the PML-N leadership would be victorious in the JIT as it became winner in the Supreme Court. Â He termed the SC orders for forming JIT as victory of the PML-N as the opposition failed to provide any evidence to prove their allegations.
He said the opponents except hollow slogans could not produce any solid proof in the Supreme Court in Panama Case. Similarly, they will also fail before Joint Investigation Team.
He said opposition parties should accept the SC verdict with an open heart so that journey of national progress and prosperity could be kept continue under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
MPA Mian Tahir Jameel, Khawaja Muhammad Islam, Chaudhary Riaz Gujjar, Akram Ghauri, Khawaja Rizwan, Sheraz Kahlon and others also addressed the rally.
