imageThe Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that the venue for the next year's Twenty20 Pakistan Super League (PSL).

According to local media reports, The Twenty 20 league will be held from February 4-24, 2016 in Dubai and Sharjah, during which a total of 24 matches will be played over a 21-day period, the PCB said in a statement.

Earlier in August, chairman of the governing council of the PSL, Najam Sethi had announced Qatar as the venue. But the change of venue comes after meeting between the top officials of the PCB and the UAE board.

The glittering tournament of PSL will feature international superstars like Chris Gayle, Kevin Pietersen, Lasith Malinga, Luke Wright, Grant Elliott and Tim Bresnan. The inaugural edition of the T20 cricket tournament will comprise of five teams Quetta, Karachi, Peshawar, Lahore, and Islamabad.
