ISLAMABAD: The hearing of Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi's petition, seeking his detention order null and void, in Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday was adjourned for an indefinite period due to leave of one member of the bench.
The two-member bench comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Saddiqui was scheduled to hear Lakhvi's petition. The hearing was, however, adjourned due to leave of Justice Saddiqui.
Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi has been accused of being involved in Mumbai attack.
