PESHAWAR: Ameer Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F), Maulana Fazl-ur- Rehman has said that his party alongwith other political parties was against mid-term election and wanted stable democratic system in the country.
In a brief talk with media here on Friday, Fazl-ur- Rehman said that mid-term election was not a solution to the problems. He warned that if the democratic system was derailed all the parties will bear the brunt.
The country, he said could not afford such confrontational politic at this stage adding let the elected governments complete their term and see the results. Demand for midterm election at this stage was inappropriate, he said.
