ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education and Interior, Mian Baligh-ur- Rehman has said that Pakistani youth are the best in the world and a vital component of our society.
Talking to Radio Pakistan, he said that distribution of business loans on merit is a great achievement of the present government and all loans are being given on purely merit basis without any political interference.
Responding to a question, the State Minister said that improvement has been witnessed in the energy sector of the country and load shedding duration reducing gradually.
Government is going to double the power generation capacity in the next five years,he said.
Baligh-ur-Rehman said that government was taking steps for the empowerment of women in the country.
He said, "We will increase the budget of education up to 4% of the GDP in the next few years.
He said that government was planning to increase the capacity building of technical education.
