Egypt needs more compromise, Kerry tells Morsi

CAIRO: US Secretary of State John Kerry told Egyptian President Morsi on Sunday that "more hard work and compromise" is needed to end the country's political divide and improve its faltering economy, a statement said.

"It is clear that more hard work and compromise will be required to restore unity, political stability and economic health to Egypt," said the statement, after Kerry met Morsi in Cairo.
