Fawad Khan and Sonam Kapoor starrer ‘Khoobsurat’ has made a record business in Pakistan with more than Rs. 10 million on its opening day.
According to local media reports International Multi Group of Companies Chairman Sheikh Amjad Rashid said, “‘Khoobsurat’ has beaten all previous financial records. It is comparable with any big-budgeted Salman Khan or Shahrukh Khan movie. It has done better business than ‘Dawat-e-Ishq’, which released around the same time. A major movie of the season, ‘Dawat-e-Ishq’ has done better business than ‘Khoobsurat’ in India but in Pakistan it’s the other way around”.
Where ‘Khoobsurat’ has managed to earn Rs. 10 million on its opening day, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starring movie ‘Dawat-e-Ishq’ has earned Rs. 4 million on its release.
The film is set to make a new record in Pakistan as the movie has been booked for another 7 days.
