KARACHI: Pakistan Railways Karachi division on Thursday claimed to have achieved a millstone with loading a cumulative of 1002 cargo wagons in 15 different freight trains, in a single day.

The achievement is much in line with the federal minister for Railways’ aim for increasing and vitalising the cargo service on sustainable basis.

While addressing to the officers of Pakistan Railways Karachi division, on this auspicious occasion, the CEO Railways Aijaz Buriro congratulated them and called for utilising their full potential while discharging their official duties. “Railways is an indispensable national asset and its prosperity lies in the hands of Railway officers,” said the CEO.

While highlighting the exigent need for catering loopholes in the system, Buriro urged the officers for coping up with the crisis situation in such a manner that it could not relapse/revive again.
