Pakistan’s fast bowler Hassan Ali will be reporting for fitness tests at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) pre-season camp on Tuesday (today).

The speedster arrived in Pakistan on Monday after his much celebrated wedding to an Indian girl - Samiya Khan on August 20. Hasan would join buddy and fellow teammate Shadab Khan, who joined the PCB’s conditioning camp on Friday.

The national cricket team's training camp is underway at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) Lahore, under the supervision of former captain Misbah-ul-Haq. The 17-day conditioning camp which commenced from August 22 will run until September 7.

The players will undergo fielding drills and net sessions, along with fitness and other cricketing activities during the camp. The PCB’s camp has been set up to prepare the players for the upcoming domestic and international cricket season.

Meanwhile, the first test of the national cricket team is likely to be the upcoming One-Day International (ODI) and T20I series against Sri Lanka. The much anticipated home series will be played in Karachi and Lahore from September 27.
