QUETTA: Provincial Advisor for Excise and Taxation Malik Naeem Khan Bazai on Tuesday said that educational development in society was government’s top priority. Child education was essential because they were the future of the country.
He expressed these views on the occasion of the distribution of school uniforms among poor and deprived children in Kuchlak Government High School today. “Government was taking potential steps for provision of standard education to future builders”, he said.
He further said that education was the basic right of every child and it is our responsibility to secure their basic rights, he added. He said that serving people of his constituency is his main concern.
He emphasized school teachers to perform their duty justly and ensure their attendance. He pledge to resolve all problems being faced by public school teachers and students in his constituency on immediate basis. He said that restoration of peace in this region and educational development are of equal importance.
Today’s war is not based on weapons, it is educational warfare which could be won through pen only, he added. Provincial advisor on this occasion announced provision of hundred uniforms, two water coolers for school students, reward of Rs. 50,000 for teachers and vowed to construct more class rooms in next budget.
