KARACHI: Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar while addressing to the members of the Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) said that we are executing development works by utilizing the available resources.
He said this during a visit to the headquarters of the KATI here, said a statement on Tuesday.
President KATI Mohammad Danish Khan, senior vice president Fazal-ur-Rehman, chairman local government committee Zubair Chaya, Gulzar Feroz, D.G Technical Services KMC S.M Taha with renowned industrialists and traders were present on this occasion.
The Mayor Karachi said that he was fully aware of the issues raised by the industry owners in this very important area of the city but the KMC has limited resources.
The Mayor Karachi said that the trade community in Karachi would have to raise its voice for the resolution of city problems.
President KATI Danish Khan said Korangi and Landhi with 4500 units is the biggest industrial zone of Pakistan. The problems of this area should be solved, he added.
