SIBI: The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) has taken action in Sibi and adjacent areas for non-payment of bills and arrested 75 defaulters.
SDO QESCO, Mir Mujtaba Rind said, here on Saturday that action was taken against domestic and commercial defaulters.
"We have taken action against defaulters and took 75 defaulters into custody", he said, adding "billions of rupees are outstanding against domestic and commercial consumers of QESCO."
He said that transformers of several agricultural and other tube-wells have also been removed for non-payment of bills.
