Ankara and Athens are at odds over the extent of their continental shelves in the Mediterranean, offshore energy rights, air space and the status of some islands.
Cavusoglu will hold bilateral talks with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and call on the Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi during the visit.
The visit is part of regular high-level exchanges between the two countries, read the FO statement.
