SEOUL: South Korea voiced "grave concern" on Saturday over a planned rocket launch by North Korea, and warned Pyongyang it could face severe repercussions from the international community.
"The government expresses grave concern," the foreign ministry said in a statement after Pyongyang announced it would carry out a launch between December 10 and 22.
