DUBAI: Pakistan's Ambassador to UAE Jamil Ahmed Khan Saturday said people from different countries including Pakistan are satisfied with the work conditions in United Arab Emirates.
Addressing a workshop on "Law of the Land - UAE our 2nd home, our responsibilities" held at the premises of Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD), the ambassador said there is no violation of the human rights in UAE as people from various nationalities are satisfied and much happier as compare to other countries.
He said Pakistani workers along with others are getting fair treatment.
The ambassador said, "I am very glad that our community has again taken the lead to initiate month-long solidarity celebrations to mark the UAE national Day."
He said Pakistan was the first country to recognize UAE in 1971 and added that Pakistan also took lead to promote relations with UAE.
He also pointed that the Pakistani nation collectively is a peaceful nation as this has been appreciated by the local police high-ups of UAE in a recent meetings.
"Each and every community member abiding the law of the land is representative of Pakistan and representing the country among the huge presence of hundreds of nationalities living here," he added.
He also assured to take the issue of construction of multi- purpose hall on priority basis with the collaboration of community support and complete the project as soon as possible.
